Admin/Manager Training

This material has been specially curated for new Admin/Manager users in Sendoso. After the completion of the five learning paths below, you will be fully trained to manage your organization's Sendoso instance.  Each of the learning paths listed focuses on a distinct competency in Sendoso.

The first learning path, Managing Sendoso, will teach you how to navigate the platform, use the chrome extension, explain your sending options, and how you can track your sends.

In the second learning path, Managing Account Balance, you will learn how to add to your balance in Sendoso, create funding sources, assign budget limits to users or teams, and print invoices.

In the third learning path, Managing Teams & Users This learning path will teach you how to add new users, create teams and assign touches to those teams.

The fourth learning path is Managing Touch Creation, where you will learn how to create touches for all of Sendoso's gift types. Touches are the sending options that you create that are available to your senders. 

The fifth learning path is Managing Inventory & Fulfillment Centers. If you have inventory you would to store with Sendoso this learning path will detail how to correctly label and it send it our Fulfillment Centers. 

These lessons are ordered sequentially. You will need to complete one learning path to advance to the next. 

Objective: After you have completed this lesson you will be able to:

• Recall how to navigate the Sendoso platform, to use the Send Tracker, and describe Sendoso send types
• Install the Sendoso Chrome Extension
• Explain how to add to your account balance, add funding sources and set spending limits.
• Remember how to add new users, create new teams and assign those teams touches
• Articulate the different send types available in Sendoso and steps that each send type requires
• Explain how to label inventory to be stored in our Fulfillment Centers and how choose the correct Fulfillment Center for your inventory
