Managing Touch Creation

A Touch in Sendoso is the name for a sending option that has been created by Managers to be used by senders. In this learning path you will learn how to create Touches and manage the various options that come with different touches. Sendoso has five different send types available. With each send type there are different settings and features available. The customization of your touches is discussed in this learning path.  Other material included in  is how to create customized emails sent from Sendoso, instructions on how to read your Touches Dashboard, how to choose different packaging options for physical sends, and guidance on touch naming. We strongly recommend your organization use a consistent naming convention when creating touches. This will greatly assist your management of Sendoso and any data collection efforts on sending.
