New Sender Training

This material has been specifically curated for you, a Sender new to Sendoso. After you have completed the two learning paths included in this plan, you'll be ready to start sending and enjoying the Sending Advantage. 

There are two learning paths you will need to complete:

The first learning path, Welcome to Sending 101, will teach you what is Sendoso, how you can use sending in your position, and the features we have built into Sendoso to make it the best in class sending platform. This learning plan will explain how to use the Chrome Extension, address confirmation, Send Tracker and the "book a meeting" feature in the Sendoso.

In Welcome to Sending 201, you will learn exactly how to send your gift, whatever the gift type. In Welcome to Sending 101, you will have learned about the 5 gift types available in Sendoso. In Welcome to Sending 201, you will learn the nuances of sending each send type including things likes how to prepare for event experiences or what the different status of a Sendoso Choice eGift are and how those statuses are reflected in your budget.

These lessons are ordered sequentially. You will need to complete one learning path to advance to the next learning plan.
